Order features vertically in sequence canvas to display in groups

If you have multiple features they should nest inside each other and be displayed in groups i.e. instead of:

GTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTA
 111111
    2222222222222222222222222222
                333333                               
                          1111111

It should be:

GTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTAGTA
 111111         333333    1111111
    2222222222222222222222222222

Note that: feature 1 has both its parts on the same line.
