Can't start Server (NET-Module)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compile the Project with VS08
2. Start server_d.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
[20:12:18] Failed to load net module
[20:12:18] Failed to initialize the net module


Additional Information:
VS08 don't find the NET Project
