[BUG] Permissions names doesn't match between Administration Role fixtures and Permission consts

Fixtures are using Configuration's names for initial permissions population, which are catalog, sales, customers, etc, while Permission's consts are defined as catalog_management, sales_management, customers_management, etc.

As result, initial role like Configurator have permissions for catalog, but other roles that are created manually for catalog_management.
