Animal Jam not opening with Jam

I’ve done everything in the suggested troubleshooting, nothing works. When I click “play” it does absolutely nothing, I’ve tried spam clicking and I’ve tried clicking once and waiting for a while but it doesn’t even attempt to load. Although I suspect maybe AjcUtils is the broken thing but I’m not sure, it allows me to do everything else but when trying to unpack and repack it just closes. Just in case it is broken I also cleared cache manually but that didn’t work either. I thought maybe it finished without telling me and closing itself but I’m not sure, I’m not very tech savvy.
TLDR: clicking play, does nothing, already tried things in the troubleshooting guide

I can't replicate what you're experiencing with AjcUtils. Do you have .NET installed? If you didn't chances are it wouldn't have ran in the first place but still.

Yes I have .Net installed. I tried to attach a video but for some reason it won’t let me so I’ll just describe it.
I open the AjcUtils app, it goes to the menu, everything else works fine but when I click unpack or repack the application instantly closes.

My best guess would be that it's crashing because Ajc's install doesn't exist but I'm pretty sure I have exception handling for that so not sure what to tell you. I'd suggest running from source so you can see what errors it's throwing that causes it to crash. Do you have discord?
