Add the ability to keep the panel dark or transparent #98

Hi, I love Rewaita and I'm happy with the Synthwave '84 theme. However, I've always believed in the design principle that the GNOME Shell panel should remain dark and blend in with the screen or monitor bezels.
I found an extension with other functionality, but it does at least keep the panel dark, and it doesn't look bad at all. It would be a great addition if Rewaita had something like that.
I'm also mentioning the transparent panel because it's a very popular option, regardless of the theme or recoloring used in applications.
I've included a screenshot of what my desktop looks like with that configuration.
