Layer panel in Inkscape has invisible text and icons when selected

When using Rewaita GTK3 on Fedora, the Inkscape layer panel (GtkTreeView) becomes unreadable when a layer is selected. Both the layer name and the toggle icons (lock, eye, opacity) are nearly invisible because of low contrast between text/icons and background.

Just to add to this ALOT of stuff breaks in inkscape when using rewaita.

1. Inkscape is no longer able to use gtk themes correctly
2. The sliders like Blur and Opacity look misaligned
3. Other Stuff has incorrect padding
4. Colour contrast is completely ruined as mentioned above.

Inkscape with the same settings but with rewaita, in the bottom right you can also see that the sliders are not correct. And in the top bar and left bar you can see that less settings are visible.
