look for duplicate files that have etag with -

large files when being uploaded to object storage is done in a different way. This means that the etag has a - and cannot be compared between the same files. For smaller files, the same file will have the same etag. 

We need another method to look for large duplicate files - such as same filename, size then do a comparison by the user.
