How to change DAS for servers #149

Hello, I've been playing throughout the Prominence 2: Hasturian Era Modpack that has this mod installed for its "in-depth" skill tree, but the DAS is just ludicrous. I attempted to change the settings of JSON file in my config folder of the server, but it seems like it either didn't work, or was negligible at best. Any help would be appreciated, as the mobs 1-2 shot our players, despite some of us having close to 320 max hp. We just want the mobs a little tankier, but less dmg, so its not a battle of the glass cannons.
