Release NeuralShift on Hugging Face #1

Hi @agranadoseu 🤗

I'm Niels and work as part of the open-source team at Hugging Face. I discovered your work on Arxiv and was wondering whether you would like to submit it to hf.co/papers to improve its discoverability. If you are one of the authors, you can submit it at https://huggingface.co/papers/submit.

The paper page lets people discuss about your paper and lets them find artifacts about it (your NeuralShift model for instance), you can also claim the paper as yours which will show up on your public profile at HF, and add Github and project page URLs.

I noticed in your README that you plan to release the code and model checkpoints for NeuralShift upon acceptance at CARS. Would you like to host the pre-trained checkpoints on https://huggingface.co/models when they are ready?

Hosting on Hugging Face will give your work more visibility and enable better discoverability within the AI and medical imaging communities. We can add specific metadata tags to the model cards so that researchers can easily find your work, link it directly to the Arxiv paper page, etc.

If you're interested, I'm leaving a guide here. For a U-Net based model, you can use the PyTorchModelHubMixin class which adds from_pretrained and push_to_hub methods to your model, allowing people to download and use it immediately. Alternatively, you can upload files directly through the UI or use hf_hub_download.

After the model is uploaded, we can link it to the paper page so people can discover your artifacts directly from the research.

Let me know if you're interested or if you need any guidance!

Kind regards,

Niels
