- Crisp -- Free for 2 seats, live chat + shared inbox. Popular with indie hackers.
- Plain -- Designed for developer tools and technical products.
- Intercom -- The graduation path. Expensive but feature-complete.
- Just email -- Honestly the right answer until ~100 customers. Worth documenting this as a "tool."
What to Do
- Create a YAML file for each tool in
data/tools/following the YAML schema - Add a collapsible "Customer Support" section to the Tool Directory in
README.md - Verify all pricing data and include
last_verifieddates
