What's Missing

No Customer Support / Help Desk category. Comes up once founders hit ~50 paying customers.

Tools to Research and Add

  • Crisp -- Free for 2 seats, live chat + shared inbox. Popular with indie hackers.
  • Plain -- Designed for developer tools and technical products.
  • Intercom -- The graduation path. Expensive but feature-complete.
  • Just email -- Honestly the right answer until ~100 customers. Worth documenting this as a "tool."

What to Do

  1. Create a YAML file for each tool in data/tools/ following the YAML schema
  2. Add a collapsible "Customer Support" section to the Tool Directory in README.md
  3. Verify all pricing data and include last_verified dates

This is a great first contribution -- each tool file is self-contained and follows a clear template.
