Add Hover Effects to Social Media Icons

The Problem: The social media icons in the footer are static and don't provide any visual feedback when a user hovers over them. Adding a simple hover effect improves the user experience.

The Solution: In the style.css file, add a new CSS rule for the icons on hover. A simple effect could be changing their color or making them slightly larger.
