Flatpak Support

I would like to use this with my flatpak installation of steam, i'm not 100% sure how to go about this though, i have built everything and attempted to include it as an environment variable in the desktop file, however my testing game for this (webfishing) showed no change. Perhaps due to proton?

This is likely due to flatpak itself - based on this flatpak issue the solution involves writing some sort of flatpak extension to the Steam flatpak.
