Description
I believe that the prices for structures need to be changed because the low cost of health potions ruins the strategic element of setting up a base nearby when sieging another player's base.
Current Prices:

Hospital
- Construction Cost: 200 Ore
- HP Healed: 5 HP
- Usage Cost: 5 Ore
- HP Healed (As an Owner) / Cost: 1 Ore

Pharmacy
- Construction Cost: 1000 Ore

Health Potion
- HP Healed: 15 HP
- Cost: 50 Ore
- HP Healed / Cost: 0.3 Ore
I'm currently working on running a playtest to tweak these prices, but think of the Pharmacy not as a stand in a market that sells potions, but as a stand in a market that has a shop outback with pricey equipment the manufacture the potions.
I think these prices would fit well with @TheCoub 's proposed changes of having Ore Deposits having a limit amount of Ore before they despawn.
