'make bootstrap' fails
Expected Experience
The README.md states that this should do lots of things related to setting-up the development environment
Actual Experience
I get the error:
make: *** No rule to make target 'bootstrap'. Stop.
Steps to Reproduce
Clone project & follow instructions all the way to part 4
Thoughts
Do you have a Makefile with a 'bootstrap' target that needs to be added to the codebase?
