Bug: Backup feature does not work in selective android versions

I got this error while trying to use the backup feature. (Android 15.0, Medium Phone 35)The source of the error is as follows: The problem I was experiencing was a PathAccessException, which is an error that occurs when an app tries to save a file to a location where it doesn't have the necessary permissions. This was happening for two main reasons, both related to how mobile operating systems, especially Android, handle file storage to protect user data.

1. Incorrect File Path Creation
   Initially, the code was taking the directory path you selected (e.g., /storage/emulated/0/Documents) and simply attaching the filename to it without a proper slash (/). This resulted in an invalid file path like /storage/emulated/0/DocumentsTransactions-....csv, which the system couldn't understand, leading to the first permission error.

2. Android's Scoped Storage Restrictions
   Even after fixing the path, an issue remained. Android versions use a security feature called Scoped Storage. This feature prevents apps from freely saving files anywhere on your device's storage. Instead, apps are generally restricted to their private folders, or they must ask the user for explicit permission to save a file in a specific location.

The solution was to change the app's behavior to comply with these security rules:

Using the "Save As" Dialog: I replaced the directory picker with a "save as" dialog (FilePicker.platform.saveFile()). Instead of just picking a folder, you are now prompted to choose the exact location and name for the file.
Delegating Permission to the User: When you select a location and tap "Save" in this dialog, you are explicitly granting the app one-time permission to write to that specific file. This is the standard way to save files on Android.
