Improve guidance on keyboard key names #658
Description
We have some guidance in IBM, and some in our guide, but we could probably use a dedicated subsection with a table, much as we use for character symbols.
The latest question was about whether to use ESC or Esc (the latter is correct), and even though variations will exist we need a convention to follow for the sake of consistency.
