Light replacer drops broken light tubes on the floor

Problem Description:
Light replacer drops broken light tubes on the floor instead of consuming them.

What did you expect to happen:
It should consume the tube, instead of having to pick it up and put it in yourself.

What happened instead:
The broken tube was dropped on the floor.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences:
It's annoying and time-consuming for the janitor to replace lights.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Break a light tube, use the janitor's light replacer on it.

It also can't consume actual glass shards.

I believe that's actually a feature of it from Paradise, as that's always how it seemed to work, at least to me. Unless my memory is foggy.

Well, then I guess this is a feature request. I'll just port TG's light replacer, it has a few minor improvements which are nice.
