Deal with verbs that have perfective forms of different meaning

Ex: топить, литься, моросить, мучиться...

• Display one line per family? (here затопить, протопить, растопить. vs утопить, затопить, потопить)

• Have multiple perf form displayed after the imperfective form?
  Like топить/за-;про-;рас-

Would first need to find out how many verbs are in this situation and how to manage adding more verbs for the Intermediate level that has already many verbs.
The best solution so far that I could think of would be to use wiktionary to found out about these verbs.

Alternative to avoid multiplication of verbs:

• if a perf aspect listed in the study of Core Russian Words is concerned, add mark and legend to specify that this imperfective form can have multiple meanings
• if an imperf is concerned, don't give perf and add mark and legend to specify that this imperfective form can have multiple meanings
