Attempting to run the multiplatform release results in an "Unsupported OS Architecture" error #167
Description
I am on 64-bit Windows 11, and when running the windows bat file, I get an error saying "Unsupported OS Architecture"... any help?

Note: 4.0.4 works perfectly when installed.
