"Request changes" not working

I'm trying to request changes via a report to CNP0520383.0, but I cannot submit because it tells me "The selected existing is invalid." for CAS IDs and synonyms. I'm just trying to add the name (methane) and add the previous name as a new synonym.

Sorry, but the "request changes" form seems to be seriously broken. This is what I'm trying to do right now:

This is the error message:

Ignore the two fields where I am replacing an existing value with the same value. I tried to "solve" the situation this way, because it was telling me there as well that "the existing is invalid".
