Single molecule submission - we have all the infrastructure in place. Let's enable a submission form and see how it goes. Allow this only for registered/verified users.

The "submit data" button on the front page of COCONUT should link to the "new molecule" report for single molecule submission somehow. Otherwise, people will not know that this option exists.
