create function for generating variates from CMP distribution

At present, we have a function (rcmp1) for drawing a single variate. We need a standard R interface for drawing multiple variates. Once this is done, update the 'fetchResult' method for SkeletonMissingDataCMPNotsUseExp and SkeletonMissingDataCMPUseExp.
