Fine Tuning

• meet with andres to ensure fine tuning can be done on 1 model, then create additional fine tuned models
• Change model name to fine tuned model -> if it exists and only allow fine tuning for models that exist
• when fine tuning and pulling completions from db they would need to write to a jsonl file.
