Suggestion: Parameter to disable custom signals

It would be nice to use SUKTS without the distinctive UK color light signals, to play in other countries. It's the best (maybe only) full-tile rail set I've seen.

Sure I can include this into the next update. I want it to be as flexible as possible, and why not give signals this feature when depots and fences have it already.

I forgot to do this for the update recently released, but I need to discuss the signal situation in general with Gwyd so this has not been forgotten!

I quite like the new signals I've seen in Gwyd's screenshots (with the much more visible lights), so those would also be fine. 😃 The current ones are quite hard to read, and the one-way path signals are hard to tell apart from the bidirectional ones.
