[BUG] Blocks randomly vanish from ships

Bug Description
Random blocks have been vanishing from ships while I pilot them. Usually glass, and in the cockpit. Some of the ships have not gone through any hangar doors (stained glass) and still have the issue.

To Reproduce
Unsure (needs more research) - Pilot a ship and fly it. Only behaviour constant across occurrences is vertical shift flying.

After reviewing the ships, it does only occur to (stained?) glass blocks.
