[BUG] GP claim purging broken

**Describe the bug**
GP claims don't purge after 90 days of inactivity

**To Reproduce**
>/Claim a chunk
>Go inactive for 90+ days

**Expected behavior**
After 90 days of inactivity, the GP claims of a player should automatically unclaim.
