Tailwind compatability has been improved

Windblade uses it's own proportions by default now, however, multiple built-in themes have been added that can be specified in preset options: "windblade" (default), "tailwind" and "material3" (wip).

The Tailwind-like proportions (e.g 3t or 15t) have been moved to "tailwind" theme, which now also has Tailwind like colors: "Neutral", "Gray", "Slate" and "Strong". "Zinc" and "Stone" have not been added because they are just different hue versions of "Gray". All saturated colors have been replaced with "Strong" (use color-scheme-... rule to get different hues).
