ECG Tasks Should Mirror New Walking Test/Running Test Layout and Behavior

Problem

The UX is currently only a text description and no status update.

Solution

Show an ECG Icon at the top that contains a spinning indicator at the bottom right similar to the completion indicator on the walk test. Add a subtitle that tells the user that we are waiting for the ECG to be recorded in a footnote secondary style.

We should add some images of screenshots of the watch app and steps + clearly indicate the current status.

The dismiss button should be updated to a checkmark button as indicated in #74 and the spinning indicator should turn into a checkmark at the lower right corner of the ECG icon similar to the behavior in the walk test/run test. We should show a short table about the ECG recording, e.g., classification and symptoms recorded. See the Pediatric Apple Watch app how we retrieve and update this data.
