Improve Tasks Layout And Restart Test Button

Problem

The current task list is missing descriptions for the tasks, resulting in empty dividers between the task title and next task; we should remove the description section for these use cases.

In addition, there is no good visual separation between the tasks; we should aim to give each task a dedicated rounded rectangle group to separate them from each other.

Lastly, the "Take Test Again" button is too prominent and sticks out in the task list once all tasks are complete, we should use a secondary color for the button in these use cases.

adding descriptions to the tasks will also allow us to have better notifications (they currently display just the title, but have no actual message below that)
