Improve Onboarding Flow to Improve Re-Authentication/Downloads #66
Description
Problem
The current onboarding flow re-surfaces the consent screen & other elements even though a user is already enrolled in the study.
Solution
The consent should only be shown it has changes significantly (e.g. major version change); therefore we can also skip all the detailed visual break down explanations before that as well.
We might still need to show the HealthKit access as we don't know if the user has given permissions already?
I think notifications could be detected and skipped if already enrolled.
As we don't want to allow editing of demographics, we might want to skip this as well if they have already been filled out.
The final screen might still be shown to have a completion of the onboarding.
