After migration, .htaccess file is not updated with new mappings #102
Description
In 6.x-3.x, when the content access module is detected, a migration is triggered that creates mappings from workgroups used by WMD 2.x to new roles named after those workgroups. However, the .htaccess file is not correctly updated and only shows mappings for the default roles (student, staff, faculty).
