The “add more logins” page needs a Stack Exchange account option #274

My use-case is different but the issue is the same as described here: How can I create a Stack Exchange account associated with an existing account?

I log in to this site with a Google account.

Because Google is blocked in China, I have to use a proxy.

Sometimes I want to login to Stack Overflow from another PC which does not have proxy software. It really make me hurt, so I want to create a native Stack Exchange account.

My use-case is that I also use google openid to login in but I have a different google account for Google Play Console. I can't be logged in to two different google accounts which means that I can not login to the StackExchange network. This issue could be resolved if I could create a StackExchange login and associate it with my StackExchange account.

This has been mentioned before, so I'm just creating this issue to put in on the radar for StackExchange developers (and contributors).

Discussions of this issue:

The latter gives a work-around solution:

you can manually enter your OpenID box, enter openid.stackexchange.com

The solution is simple and straight forward. The only issue is that it is really hard to find.
Adding a StackExchange icon would be enough to resolve this issue.
