Nested lists get miss-formatted as indented code blocks

On this page there is a bulleted list containing a numbered sublist, but the sublist is formatted as a code block instead, seems like a Markdown parser issue.

There's also a suspicious looking ¶ character in the <h2>.

Fix for this particular post in #131; I'm going to look for other posts with the same problem later this week.
