suggestion on requirements_min.txt

For the benefit of installation and considering the recent update in xformers.

My personal suggestion is remove all torch in requirements_min.txt and isntall the gpu compatible version manually.

This is the updated version:

#torch greater than 2.4.0 should be both fine, some early version will comflict with transformers and xformers

transformers and xformers should use the latest stable version
