Find an alternative to IPFS

IPFS is paid after a certain point, find an alternative to it, and implement it in the project.

Expected Outcome:
The photo's hash should be stored in the chain that has been produced by a service othert han ipfs and doesnt post cost restrictions

@rahulharpal1603 , Pinata IPFS : ~1 GB free storage , however Web3.storage : ~5 GB free storage . making it better alternative.
