Add Contribution Guidelines and License Section in README

📝 Description
Currently, the README.md does not clearly highlight the Contribution guidelines and License.
Without a Contribution section, new contributors may not know the correct process (raising issues, PRs, coding style, commit conventions).
Without a License section, users may not immediately know under which license this project is distributed, even though a LICENSE file exists.
Adding these two sections will make the README more complete, contributor-friendly, and transparent.

License section added with link to LICENSE file
