Fix failing tests

Currently 3 tests:
1.  newsletters_are_delivered_to_confirmed_subscribers
2.  newsletter_creatio_is_idempotent
3.  concurrent_form_submission_is_handled_gracefully

Are failing, due to wiremock not accepting the incoming mail request for some reason. (most possibly due to URL mismatch). 
Root cause the issue and fix the tests.
