Port Arthur as the final location

It has been brought to my attention that Port Arthur was the location for a Massacre and the use of the location as the "final" battle is insensitive and potentially offensive.

Some work will need to be done to change this location to another location.

Though it might also put all the other locations under the same level of scrutiny as well.

So there are several problems here:

2. the second is the city constant:

I am not entirely sure how best to tackle this, but short term wise I could rename the city text so that it does not use Port Arthur but have the code still reference it.

It is also arguable that potentially the whole game might need to be rewritten if animals are battling each other then it might raise eyebrows. Unsure if this is a separate issue or a relevant one to offensive content.
