Service provider search form should be visible on mobile screen without extra click

Right now the search form on this page https://vartagensex.org/service-providers-search/ is collapsed and needs an extra tap to open. The full form should ideally be visible by default on all screens

try changing the class of orbit-search-form

That just hides the span element with arrow-down class. Form is still at display:none.
