[Feature Request]: Add Discord integration

Description

Add discord integration and schedule tasks to push events to the applicable channels, for example:

• push all events scheduled for the week to the general channel every Monday morning
• push event scheduled for that day to the host group channel and the general channel

Some comments:

• The template could use some formatting cleanup, here are some notes:
  • discohook - send sample data to discord
  • webhook formatting - guide for formatting the webhook payload
  • strftime cheatsheet formatting - for formatting dates
• I wasn't sure what testing to implement, but that should be considered.
• The documentation should be updated, but I wanted to have a more experienced python developer check my work.
