[urgent] Do not auto update users from Thunderbird 128.* (ESR) to Thunderbird 136.* (monthly release channel)

Thunderbird/MZLA maintains two release channels, the ESR channel and the newly introduced Monthly release channel.

The monthly release channel is new and currently no existing user who is still running Thunderbird 128 ESR should be auto-updated to Thunderbird 136. This version should only be available for new installs.

We have reports of many Thunderbird users whose daily workflow breaks, because they are unexpectedly updated to Thunderbird 136 through winget. Many add-ons are not available for 136.0 and users are left with a broken profile.
