Performance issue with sorting by date part

With the new pro feature of sorting by date in a part, when you have hundreds of articles the performance is affected drastically.

Can you share the log of a slow request? I'm curious what the SQL looks like.

I've created 1000 pages with randomized content and dates. I've then ordered them by that date and I'm seeing <5ms response times from the db. I'm not sure what causes your slowdown. How many records do you have in total?
