Negative sensitivity

I have beeen trying versions newer than 1.14.4 and I have noticed that sensitivity cannnot be set to values lower than 0.0.

In 1.14.4, sensitivity can be lower than zero and that is very helpful to people with motion sickness.

Any aditional mod or fix available to solve this issue?

Sorry I didn't spot this earlier. Have you tried changing the sensitivity with the arrow keys? left/right/up/down bump the look sensitivity and walk sensitivity and I think the look sensitivity supports numbers less than zero.
