Thanks for tagging this code so the zip and tar.gz files can be downloaded.

The tarfile is named STAREmaster-STAREmaster_1_0_0.tar.gz. I think it would be better if it were STAREmaster-1.0.0.tar.gz so that autotools macros that parse version numbers will work. It's also shorter and matches more other code's version syntax.
