add starecover to catalogue

the catalogue right now only contains granule and sidecar file path, probably nice if the starecover was in there too

should it only be written to txt/csv or should we straight up create a STARELite database?
Probably should verify how big the txt/csv would get with tens of thousands of granules

I feel ya. For now, I am only writing out the granule and corresponding sidecar name as a sort of log/archive. But if it includes the STARECover, this seems inappropriate to save in a text file.
