Enhancement Request: Ability to change the prompt to the AI

In Paperless-ai the prompt to the ai is changable. A default one is supplied but you can change it prior to running. It would be very useful to be able to have the same facility in your superb A-Eye.

You can change the Prompt in the Settings:

But I have currently the problem that the AI completly ignores my promopt and uses the default one, even if i set my prompt as "Active"
