[FEATURE REQUEST] Custom events

It would be nice to have custom user events, that would trigger some functions.

global variant and user variant

global variant triggers everyones EA, if they have convar enabled to trigger custom global events and have subscribed to the event

• useful for games

user variant triggers users EA which have subscribed to the event

• useful for EA controllers and GUIs

I would have to create a new directive that would allow the compiler to know about the event, something along the lines of:

@event: myEvent( int, int, string )

event myEvent( int A, int B, string C ) { }

I think @ bit too used but that's just cosmetic. otherways sounds good. c:
