Allow to show an user how his permissions is calculated on group #35
Description
Add a panel based on callback editor that allow an user to see how permissions of a specific user has been calculated, so begin with chat base perms (chat.basePerms), then various roles (higher role level has higher priority), if admin chat.adminPerms and user admin perms (getAdminPerms()), as last, user specific perms (getUserPerms())
