You can add creature that are Mineable and Herbalable 📄
Yes you can gather some creature from mining and herbing.
This kind of loot use by default the skining_loot_template .
Enginering loot template must be skinning_loot_template too.

They used type_flags in creature_template
Herbaling=256
Mining=512
Enginering =32768
and the the skinloot must be set with the creature_id
