Use tag relationships (Vector and Embedding) for profiling

Currently the recommendation system scores tags based on how the user has interacted with a post that contains that tag.
However, this does not account for how tags relate to each other.

Build a feature into the recommendation system that will consider how tags relate to each other and use this information to build more accurate queries.
